In 2019 I oversaw the complete rewrite of MD’s corporate website copy in a more accessible and empathetic brand voice. I worked with in-house and external writers, in addition to internal stakeholders (subject matter experts, legal, translation) to ensure the development team had the copy they needed on deadline.
